AHLA Board Elections: Make Your Vote Count!

The Alberta Hotel & Lodging Association (AHLA) Board of Directors elections are fast approaching! From March 9 to 13, 2026, AHLA members in good standing will have the opportunity to vote for six open board seats, helping to shape the future of the hospitality industry in Alberta.

How to Vote Using ElectionBuddy

To ensure a fair and efficient voting process, AHLA is using ElectionBuddy, a secure online voting platform. Here’s how it works:

1. Check Your Email – On March 9, all eligible members will receive an email from ElectionBuddy containing a unique, secure voting link.
2. Review the Candidate Information – Click the link to access your digital ballot, where you’ll find details about each candidate.
3. Cast Your Vote – Select up to six candidates for the board. Remember, you can vote for fewer than six but no more than six.
4. Submit Your Ballot – Once you confirm your choices, submit your ballot. Your vote is anonymous and securely recorded.
5. Voting Closes on March 13 – Make sure to submit your vote before the deadline. Late votes will not be counted.
