How to Update and Proof your Listing Online

All listings may review and update their information themselves, online at http://proofing.ahla.ca. (click the link to be taken to the login screen).

You should have already received the information you need to log into this site either from the Quality Assurance Team member that physically reviewed your property. If you have not received your login information, you may either contact the AHLA directly at 1-888-436-6112 or email gday@ahla.ca. When calling, please ask for your "Listing proof login information". We will send all properties at least one reminder before we go to print. 

The Alberta Hotel & Lodging Association makes every effort reasonable to ensure listings are up to date and correct before printing. However, there may be last minute operational changes or changes planned for the 2010 year that we are not yet aware of, so please review your listing information carefully. This same information is shared/displayed on Travel Alberta – yet another reason to ensure we have your details correct. 

If your listing needs updating and you are not able to make the changes directly, please call and ask to speak with a Quality Assurance Advisor. In some cases there may be an item that needs to be verified before it can be changed.

 ** Changes should be made to your listing prior to Oct 1, 2009 in order to ensure acceptance for the 2010 printed Guides. Changes will be reviewed and once approved - should appear live on www.travelalberta.com within 24-48hrs.
