Housekeeping Room Attendant Training

In order to be listed in the Official Accommodation Guide and on www.TravelAlberta.com, your property must meet the Minimum Standards for Approved Accommodation. 

The AHLA invites your Housekeeping Department to use our Housekeepers' Checklist to ensure the highest quality of cleanliness and comfort for your guests.

Use the Housekeeping Room Attendant National Occupational Standards to hire, train and evaluate your housekeeping team.  Scholarship funds are available through the AHLA for housekeepers who wish to be certified through the emerit program.  You can find out more about emerit training at www.emerit.ca.
